Financing Your Care

In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients.

Our office is currently out of network with all insurance carriers with exception of Cigna and Delta Dental.

All Out of Network patients will be responsible to pay for the initial visit out of pocket. We will then file the claim on your behalf and whatever the insurance pays will either get applied as a credit towards your surgery or refunded back should you decide not to proceed with the treatment. 

The payment for all consults and surgery will be collected at the time services are rendered,  We accept all major Debit or Credit Cards, CareCredit, Cashier’s Check, or Cash. (WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS)

FOR ALL INSURED PATIENTS—As a courtesy to you, we will file your insurance claim the day of your visit and try to ensure that all pertinent information be submitted for prompt processing.  Any payments made by your insurance in excess of what is expected according to your Treatment Plan, will be refunded to you via check and will be required to be picked up in person. (WE NO LONGER MAIL OUT ANY REFUNDS)
